    Can I replace lost figures from Toys I have already bought?
    Yes - some of our figures can be bought individually here.

    Do the figures fit into all vehicles?
    Yes- all our vehicles and figure are fully compatible, so you can build up your own WOW world.

    How can I clean the toys?
    All our figures are dishwasher safe and best placed with the cutlery. Vehicles can be wiped clean with warm water.

    All payments which are secured by: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal

    How do I check the status of my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched we will send a notification via email with tracking information.

    I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
    Contact Customer Care and we will be happy to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

    I have a discount code, how do I use it?
    Once you have added your products to your bag, click the bag symbol at the top right of the website. Enter your voucher code in the voucher code field and then click redeem. The discount should be deducted from your total, you can then go onto the checkout to complete your order.

    Do you take international orders?
    We currently only deliver orders to the United Kingdom. We are working hard to set up International delivery to the EU and the USA.

    How do I return an item that I purchased on wowtoys.com?
    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your card. We will also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
